Using Sessions from Streambox Cloud:

In the info tab, enter the Session ID, starting with $, in the field indicated with the green arrow.

Click Start to start receiving the stream. To stop receiving the session stream OR to switch to point-to-point mode, click Stop.

Receiving streams sent Point-to-Point from a Streambox Encoder:

On the Info tab, click the "Stop" button in the Session box to ensure you are not in Session mode. Once that's done, Iris is now listening on a UDP port, normally 1770. If you'd like it to listen on a different port, use the Port Selector box on the Network tab of Iris.

Streambox Iris Port Selector
The Port Selector section of the Network tab allows you to set and save UDP ports on which Iris will listen for incoming streams.

Under most circumstances, it is necessary for the firewall at the Iris location to have Port Forwarding set, so that the firewall will channel the stream to the computer running Streambox Iris.
